Molle Grid Cup Holder - Ford Bronco
MOLLE grids are cool, no cupholders for the passengers in your brand-new Bronco is not. Those little hooks hang on pretty good, even when you are bombing down the white rim road!
CHECK: Not all Broncos have MOLLE grid seat backs. I believe that may be limited to Badlands, Black Diamond, Everglades, and Raptor, so please check before placing an order. That said, the cupholders can be mounted in the in-door netting as seen in the photos, or in the seatback sleeve. This may be an option for those without a MOLLE grid.
To best fit larger fountain drinks, mount the cupholder lower than the top row.
I do not guarantee a perfect color match to your Broncos interior trim. Colors offered are in spirit with each trim, I did my best to match with the materials available to me.
Dimensions:
Top Inner Diameter - 3 1/3”
Bottom Inner Diameter - 3”
Depth - 4”
Buyers Guide:
In general, the cupholder is not as temperature critical as the vehicle dashboard. It is subject to much lower thermal and UV intensity mounted behind the front seats than the BYOD rails mounted directly on the dashboard.
*PLA looks great and is very strong and stiff, but it can soften and warp at higher temperatures which can often be achieved in parked vehicles. At cooler temperatures it is actually the strongest and stiffest option available.
*PETG is more resistant to higher vehicle temperatures than PLA, this is a better option if you live in a hot climate.
Details on any of these materials, including in automotive applications, are available online. Please read up on these before deciding what is right for you. Feedback on additional materials or design considerations is welcome!
