Weld Yourself (6th Gen Bronco)
The same rock solid 2-part main bracket design I made for my Bronco, but you prep and weld yourself. This kit lowers the differential by 20mm at the axle center, allowing for nearly 12% reduction in max CV angle without exceeding the OEM CV plunge travel.
I guarantee parts will be bent as precisely or better than what I made and run myself. There may be very minor fitment gaps, but this is nothing that can’t be handled by quality prep and weld.
In the pictures here are the necessary dimensions for fitment. You have the option to add to your purchase the 3D printed gauge, as seen in my video, to ensure your parts are positioned correctly before welding.
This kit is entirely bolt on (once completed), but it will require modification of the OEM skid plate and may require modification of other aftermarket components as well. Learn more from my video (here) and from the 6G Forum (here).
Included:
-Cut and bent brackets for the primary diff drop bracket (2 pieces)
-Rear mount spacer
-Passenger side mount spacer
Optional:
-Necessary hardware
-3D Printed Gauge
Price increase due to increased shipping and hardware costs.*
